Yes — Albanian Ministry of Health publishes the register publicly online.
If choosing UK: CQC. If choosing Albania: QKL. Verify both for the practitioner-level credential AND the premises license.
Red flag. UK clinics must be CQC registered to operate legally. Albanian clinics must have QKL operating license + QKL-registered practitioners. Anything else = unlicensed.
