Why our coordination team built this

Most of the bad stories we hear from patients start with a clinic that answered differently on the phone than on email. The written quote was one number; the arrival total was another. The doctor pictured on Instagram wasn't in the operating room. The aftercare plan existed in theory but wasn't in the file.

These five questions filter that pattern. They don't filter every bad clinic — nothing does — but they filter the ones that dress up sales practice as medical practice. And they filter it before you travel, which is when filtering still matters.

We apply the same five to every clinic in our 16-clinic Tirana network. We verify clinician registrations twice a year. We hold a sample batch certificate for every implant system on file. We're happy to share those files with any patient who asks.
